How do I know if my destination pincode is serviceable?
Serviceability differs by provider. When you compare options for a route, providers that do not serve the destination pincode are not offered for that shipment.
What happens if delivery fails?
Carriers normally reattempt delivery. After repeated failed attempts or a refusal, the consignment moves to RTO — Return to Origin — and is sent back to the shipper.
